Gordy Singh’s passion for real estate began long before he was licensed. At just 19 years old, during a ride to the train station in Toronto, he noticed a sign for a new condominium development being built near Union Station. Curious about the project, he began researching the city’s planning documents and discovered that several major developers were actively involved in shaping the surrounding area. That research confirmed his belief that the neighborhood was positioned for significant growth.
With confidence in his analysis, Gordy convinced his mother to invest alongside him in one of the units. Within six months the entire building sold out and the property value had already risen by $100,000. A few years later they assigned the contract and ultimately realized a $300,000 gain. That early experience sparked Gordy’s lifelong passion for identifying opportunities before the market fully recognizes them.
Soon after, Gordy obtained his real estate license and moved his family to Milton, Ontario—then largely undeveloped farmland that he believed was poised for growth. His prediction proved correct. Milton quickly became the fastest-growing town in Canada, and Gordy’s insight and work ethic helped him become the #1 RE/MAX agent in Milton by 2016.
While building a thriving business in Canada, Gordy frequently traveled to Florida, advising Canadian buyers and building relationships with brokers, investors, and developers throughout Central Florida. In 2018, he made the decision to relocate to Orlando to focus on one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the United States.
Today, as Principal Advisor, Gordy focuses on identifying emerging opportunities and advising clients on strategic acquisitions, investments, and development opportunities across Central Florida.
