Sunveer “Nick” Lally grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. His family owned and operated a successful car dealership in Orlando, where he gained early exposure to the fundamentals of running a business—from operations and negotiation to building lasting relationships with clients.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Nick entered the real estate industry and began working alongside his father on development projects throughout Central Florida. Through those projects he developed a strong foundation in land acquisition, development strategy, and investment analysis. The process of identifying opportunities and bringing projects to life sparked his passion for real estate.
As his experience in development expanded, Nick moved further into brokerage and advisory, helping clients navigate acquisitions, investments, and development opportunities throughout the region. Around that time, longtime colleague Gordy Singh invited him for a round of golf and asked an unexpected question: “What do you think about starting a brokerage together?” The timing aligned perfectly with Nick’s vision to build a modern real estate advisory platform.
Today, as Managing Director, Nick oversees the firm’s operations and client advisory efforts, working closely with investors, developers, and homeowners throughout Central Florida. His background in development allows him to guide clients with a strategic perspective on value, risk, and long-term potential.
